SMS Terms
1. Program Description
The TickDudes SMS program ("Program") sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who opt in. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our quote form (or otherwise opting in by text or in writing), you agree to these SMS Terms and authorize TickDudes and our service partners to send you text messages.
2. Types of Messages You'll Receive
- Quote follow-ups and pricing details
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling
- Service updates and "we're on our way" notifications
- Service summaries after a treatment
- Occasional promotional offers or seasonal reminders (only if you've opted in to marketing)
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service plan and the status of your account. You can expect approximately 1–10 messages per month for active customers. Frequency may increase temporarily around scheduled service visits.
4. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to each message sent and received. TickDudes does not charge a separate fee for participating in the Program. Check with your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
5. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you reply STOP, you'll receive one final confirmation message and then we'll stop sending you texts. To rejoin later, you can opt in again by submitting a new quote form, replying START to a previous message thread, or by asking us directly.

7. Supported Carriers
The Program is supported by most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS, and Virgin Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder (or have authority to give consent) for the mobile phone number you provide. By opting in, you confirm both. Don't sign up someone else's number without their permission.
9. Your Privacy
We don't sell or share your mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We may share your number with service providers who help us deliver messages on our behalf (for example, our SMS sending platform). See our Privacy Policy for full details.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated to active Program participants by text or email before they take effect.
